A bank card imprint is required as a guarantee, along with an advance payment of 50% of the total stay amount.     The stay itself is paid by credit card through Payzen, our secure online payment platform.

    On-site extras (massages and other options) can be paid in cash, by the credit card registered at the time of booking, or by a different card at the guest’s request, via a payment link sent by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
