- Rainwater management: creation of a sump, permeable ecological grounds and paths
- Preservation of existing trees and reinforced landscaping

- Solid wood furniture, FSC certified, high repairability

- No bathtub, lap pool with cover to limit evaporation and naturally retain heat
- Compliance with the RT2022 energy standard
- High-efficiency heating systems : thermodynamic water heater, reversible air conditioning, pellet stove
- Carbon-free outdoor equipment
- Energy-efficient appliances and LED lighting
Environment & Biodiversity
- Selective waste sorting and composting
- Priority to organic and locally-sourced products
- Bulk organic hygiene products, unbleached recycled toilet paper
