Where History meets whisky
The distillery is the improbable encounter between the History with a capital H, and a daring entrepreneurial adventure.
There’s also a little story behind the big one. You’ll discover how two friends, passionate about whisky and their local roots, dared to craft a high-end, 100% local whisky in the heart of wine country.

In this stunning space, whisky slowly matures in the very oak barrels that nurtered some of Bordeaux’s Grands Cru wines.
